Bryce Thompson, a native of Missouri City, Texas, attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, where he studied engineering with plans of going the traditional route of graduating and working for a prestigious company in the field. However, his career interests took a pivotal turn when he was introduced to cryptocurrency and investing. He began studying the industry and developed a skill for teaching others how to make profitable investments through emerging technologies.

In 2021, Bryce garnered many accolades after his IAMS Foundation gave away over $200,000 in scholarships to HBCU students needing financial help in attaining their education. In May of that same year, over 14,000 people from across the United States gathered at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, FL for his premier event iMillennials 3; an "Edutainment" event that included motivational speakers sharing information on financial literacy and featured performances from megastars DaBaby and Coi LeRay, along with emerging rap artist Sir Trilli. He powered the event under the umbrella of IAMS Worldwide a company he co-founded in 2019 that encompasses many different verticals including community and tech.

While honing his skills as an entrepreneur and philanthropist, Bryce Thompson announced the release of his first book, MILLIONS: Accepted and Excepted, which he self-published and its debut landed on Amazon as the #1 new release in Entrepreneurship and #39 overall.
